"Almost Perfect"

This is one of the best buildings to live in New Westminster. The apartments are huge, the street is quiet with almost no traffic except for the residents, family oriented, friendly neighbors, in-suite laundry, big balconies, walk in minutes for shopping centers, parks, swimming pool, schools, transit...everything you need.

"Clean Friendly Building"

I am a resident of this building, and have been for some time. I am proud to say that this is a clean, safe and friendly building. I love how close it is to the skytrain, from the front door to skytrain its 6 minutes ( I timed it) All the neighbors look out for eachother, and strata is great. Its a rare gem, and suites rarely go up for sale.
