"Spacious and convenient"

We rented 2 bedroom suite in this building. Each room was very spacious and it had a great view. The building was connected to Columbia skytrain station and had a nice big indoor swimming pool. Also it had a garbage shoot which no new building has anymore. This feature is very convenient for the people who are lazy to take the garbage to downstairs or people who likes to be always clean and tidy. I recommend this building to young couple with no kids or eldery couple since I thought the area was not so good to raise children. smrtovnica smrtovnice

Try checking the property management company, First Service Residential listings on their website or craigslist. I own a place and rent through a different company although I know many owners who go through FSR since they manage the strata and craigslist ads.

"Nice views"

I rented in this building. It was a large 2 bedroom condo with gorgeous views of the Fraser River. The building was fairly well maintained, as well as the suite. Very convenient that it was connected to Columbia Skytrain Station. Area wise it was a little scary at night. There was a bar downstairs and Columbia street didn't feel too safe at night. But this was 6 years ago when we rented there, so maybe the area has changed??? I don't know.

I love living in this building. Extreemly well maintained and great access to skytrain for my weekly visits to Vancouver. Great to walk to the River front or bike. The Anvil Theater and New Media Gallery a cut above anything else in the Lower Mainland. Frequently walk to the Anvil and the Landmark Cinemas never felt unsafe although still some panhandlers around. Army and Navy shoe sale across the street who could ask for anything more!
