30+ years old building with 89 units for rent. Coin laundry in the basement. 13 meter long pool in the yard. Pro: - location; - included heat and water; - sane rent Con: - you get no more than 50% of your security deposit back, no matter what you do; - coin laundry swallows your loonies, and nobody will help you get them back; - pool in the yard is shared with 2 other buildings and gets cleaned rarely. You can see it in the water; - managers (Senada and Almir Fejzic in 2007) worry first and foremost about renovating and improving their own suite; - there are potheads and loud parties in the buildings; - parking lot is a damp, dark hole that you won't be able to leave in winter, thanks to icing on the steep ramp.

I called 610 Hamilton street HOME. One of the best managed building in town,thanks to Senada and Jordan Development.

This place is junk. Everything is old and always in repair. Sanada is very arrogent and is happy always to put blame on the tenants.
