Laguna Landing is a 22 storey highrise located at 10 Laguna Court. 10 Laguna Court shares the same strata as 12 Laguna Court with 140 units in total. Built on the waterfront, this building has been redone with rainscreen technology in 2004 and has a 10 year warranty...One of the BEST buildings on the Quay!  Suites feature large balconies with beautiful views of the Fraser River, North Shore mountains and Mount Baker. One can see for miles! Open floor plans, large kitchen and living room, gas fireplace, and large windows.  There is a caretaker that lives in the building, which always helps with cleanliness and extra security.  Only a short walk to SkyTrain, shopping, restaurants, New Westminster Quay, Restaurants and the Boardwalk. Ideal living, far enough away from the hustle and bustle! 2 Pets allowed, no rentals allowed.

"Like New"

I visited a freind in this building and was so impressed with it. It seems like a new building to me, the common areas are almost like new, and the views are great. We walked down the boarwalk to the market, what a great location. I am also told that the building has been rainscreend. Thats a bonus.smrtovnica smrtovnice

And just over a year ago the building was re-piped. This absolutely the best building in the Quay area! All the suites are large and the strata is very pro-active. The people living here are the friendliest people anywhere!

"Unbelievable Views"

Visited somebody in this building. Their condo had an unbelievable views of the river and was so bright. Right in the Quay and next to the walkway along the water.
