"Up and coming area"

I've owned in the building for about 6 months now and great improvements are being made with interior renovations(painting, new carpets and elevator). You are a 6-10min walk to the sky train station, 2min walk to the IGA, Liquor Store, and other restaurants. At first I thought the area looked a bit sketchy but haven't had any bad encounters with anyone. I look forward to see more development in the area!

"Nice and Clean Building"

Very good location within walking distance to shops, restaurants and skytrain. The building was very well kept. The down side is that I didn't feel safe being outside the building at night due to the fact that the surrounding area is not too nice.smrtovnica smrtovnice
