"Horrible neighbors"

This review is in reference to the Westport building at 1150 Quayside Drive in New Westminster BC. The management for this building are anti-social, un-neighborly jerks. Many people in the surrounding properties have called / emailed / mailed them FREQUENTLY and repeatedly to complain about the fact that the groundskeeper uses a leaf blower. EVERY.SINGLE.DAY. Then they call in landscapers once a week to do it all over again. The resulting noise pollution, not to mention the fumes and airborne particles this creates, is frankly inexcusable. They do not care and will not reply to requests to stop. We've taken every reasonable course of action and now have to resort to bad reviews on the internet.

"Bedbug Infestation
Ignored By Strata in
Wesport Building"

Several upper floor apartments have active bedbug infestations ignored by Strata council that threaten to spread throughout the entire building if left unchecked. The Westport building Sratta council needs to conduct a door to door condo inspection, followed up by cost shared exterminations. This is undoubtedly a result of rental units. It is also a health concern that threatens devaluation of this prime real estate.

Comment on this Review: unregistered user on April 29 2013: no one has reported a single bug to council Xxxxxxxx on April 30 2013: Obviously this person knows nothing of Westport, 4 sales in the last few months obviously means people want to be there unregistered user on May 2 2013: I have lived in this building for almost 20 years & have never heard of this so called bed bug infestation. IF we did have them, the council would most certainly notify everyone & have pest control come immediately! . Unfortunately I think what we DO have, is an infestation of people who have nothing better to do than start stupid rumors because they are not happy in their own lives! Just MY opinion! unregistered user on May 2 2013: ......And NO I am not a council member. unregistered user on May 17 2016: I have lived in the building since 2010 and have never heard of any such thing. I know quite a few people on the 4th floor and no one, I repeat, NO ONE has ever reported a bed bug infestation. This is a malicious rumour spread by a malicious person. unregistered user on July 6 2016: 1150 Quayside Drive, apartment 310 is infested with bedbugs. Logically all suites on this floor and building are at risk as the infestation has been active since 2013. Considering the prolific breeding rate of bedbugs this will affect potential buyers and property values in general. I believe the strata council should order a compulsory inspection of this suite ASAP. This message is being sent to all potential buyers, contacts and realtors, including local news and Vancouver Bedbug Registry. unregistered user on December 3 2016: Yes, there was a problem in an individual suite and it was dealt with promptly and effectively.
