Owned a unit in this building

"What a joke of a building"
This building should be condemned, constant floods and silverfish in every unit. Steer clear of this building. I own a unit and I can't sell because of all the issues.

Wow, we just purchased a place there and it was a big mistake. Agnes street is always littered with garbage, reminds me of the downtown eastside. Albert crescent park is a hangout for welfare cases who like to drink and do drugs. Do your own research on the area and the building, to pay $300K for a place is ridiculous.
Wow, was looking at purchasing there, went to an open house. While driving down Agnes street kinda felt like a ghetto area.
Is this building up for sale and being demolished to put a high rise
OMG thank you for the reviews, I hope they are honest as I am now not looking to buy here.
100% honest, run don't walk, do your own due diligence and research, especially the park across the street, needles and garbage all the time.
Now there are 7 units for sale in this building, why are all these owners selling at once, jumping ship and pass on the problems with Kinnaird Place to new owner(s), don't be fooled.
Viewed a few units for sale in this building, not impressed, so much work needed to be done to exterior and the piping needs to be replaced.
beware 60 million dollar assessment to fix this building
60 Million LOL where do you get that figure, maybe 6 Million.
In an older strata, there are always issues. Looked at another unit on Agnes and it was in waaaay worse shape than this building and location didn't compare to this one.
Silverfish everywhere!
You can see on the outside of this building that all the stucco is bubbling and breaking off.Probably already leaking in some units.
Do not buy a unit in this building. There is major repairs ground floor do to massive flood. The engineers report will show the other many issues with this structure.
