Discovery Reach is a 4 building complex located at 210 11th St. 214 11th St. 215 12th St. and 211 12th st.  This 4 building complex has amenities which include a club house, recreation centre and bike room. All the buildings have access to the amenities in the building. These well maintained buildings have units that include, in suite laundry, balconies and a gas fireplace.  One of the extrodinary features of this complex is the beautiful gardens.  A must see!!
Discovery Reach is an ideal location, as it is close to shopping, restaurants, transit, the Quay and so much more.

"A Sinking Ship"

Special Levies constant for past 5 years. Assesments and more coming. Read minutes for past five years recommended. This rating is for entire complex. 215 Twelfth St - 210 & 214 Eleventh Street.

Having living here for 11 years, it has been seriously kept up with upkeep. The person reviewing expects nothing but a free ride. Every single place in the world needs to repair things. Discovery Reach is continously being kept up period.

I live here and the special levies are basically to keep the contingency reserve healthy. I'm happy to pay an extra $50 a month to ensure there's a good reserve. And yes, there was a depreciation report done but everyone has to do them now and it's only suggestions of what would be up next to fix. It's an older building - you can't expect things to last forever. Strata has been great for the 10 years I've lived here and everyone does their best to keep the building looking good. It's a great complex with good amenities.
