This magnificant building "Eagle Crest" is located at 38 Leopold Place.  This 12 storey building features an exercise room, bike storage, storage and secure underground parking.  The units have in suite laundry, spacious floor plans, floor to ceiling windows, views of the Fraser River and Northshore Mountains.  Excellent building, well maintained, large contingency fund.  Only minutes to The New Westminister Quay, Skytrain, bus, shopping, highway access, rec, and theatres.

"New Owner 2017"

Just moved in a few months ago and couldn't be happier. The other owners in the complex are so pleasant and helpful. Very proactive strata. When the sun is shining it pours in all day. The views are fantastic. Very hard to find a condo which includes two parking spaces. Condo fees are low and they also include cable and gas.

Windows have not leaked and I'm still very happy hear. The view is only going to get better with new bridge because it's going on the other side of building.

Still happy????? From the outside your building is surrounded by construction and the pollution and noise are going to be unbelievable when bridge finished.

"Building has everything"

Two side by side huge parking spaces. Extra large storage unit. Don't even hear the traffic noise. Highly encouragement to check it out. You won't be dissappointed.

"The views are beautiful"

This is a clean building with upstanding condo owners that care. Views are to die for. Low monthly maintenance fees.

"Fantastic Building and
great strata"

Couldn't ask for better views. Two parking spots !! Fireplace. Huge master bedroom. Great strata and low monthly condo fees.

"Stunning Views,upper
units will suffer from
traffic noise."

I'm on the 10th floor, and the views of the Fraser river and the mountains is superb. The walls and floors/ceilings are extremely good at preventing any sounds from neighbours from reaching you. The only downsides to this building are: - The traffic noise, due to the high volume of commercial trucks that use the surrounding streets that lead onto and off of the Patullo Bridge - to avoid the toll bridge. - The exterior is looking dirty. Because it's stucco, it can't be pressure washed without risking damage.

"Don't let the VEIW fool
you!!! "

**ADD $60,000+ to purchase price! (2013) Veiwed suite "For Sale high in the sky", this building is LAND LOCKED by major Pattullo Bridge roadway system,One way in & one way out, Suites won't be shown in rush hour-Beware it can take 1/2 hour to drive 12 blocks.Translinks New Bridge will be 6 lanes or 4 at your back door! Fact: traffic gridlock will get much worse with new Bridge Plan. If thats not enough for you- ADD $60,000+ for Failed Building Envelope(2013). Veiw you Parking Spots! Quickie "bate n switch", suite had 2 normal spots, then when the,Public Guardian Trustee took over,they "mysteriously" allowed the strata council to downgrade(clearly reducing the Value of their clients asset) & switch then re-asigned 2 stalls, both with large concrete colums narrowing "both" spaces! Hmmm? DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE VEIW! If you see Grass below that Stunning Veiw, BEWARE of possible HIGH RISE Development in FRONT OF YOU! *Our comments are not intended to hurt sales/rentals* This is true facts,on what we experienced in Feb. 2012.

that statement 1.5 hr to drive 12 blocks is an exaggeration...its 2017 now and it never happened to me.

To the "user" that keeps saying the windows are going to leak.....move on please. The windows do not leak !!! Perhaps you had one bad experience but knowing the strata in this building...I know they would have fixed it.
