"BUYER BEWARE"

I would never buy any properties developed by Millennium Group. Millennium Group developed the OMA Buildings. The Millennium Group also developed the 2010 Vancouver Olympics Atheletes Village. The village Began having mold problems about a year before the athletes moved in. The workmanship at the Village is very shoddy. Several people want to get out of their purchase contracts. At OMA there are rumours that the Strata Council and the property manager are not totallly honest and are not disclosing all the facts. In the minutes they tell the owners how great everything is at OMA to make the owners feel good. Some council members are about sell their properties and bailout before bad news and facts are disclosed. Buyer Beware. Noise from trains passing on the south side can be heard even from the Northern Tower. There was a murder on 2300 block Madison. The 2300 Block Madison, is not very well lit because it is industrial area. I walk to and from the Gilmore Skytrain Station in fear because a woman was recently attacked after she left the Gilmore Skytrain Station. I will be vacating the OMA as soon as I can find an alternative. Once Again, Buyer Beware. Don't be sucked into buying by the realtors hype. They Only make money after the property is sold. Their efforts are wasted if the property is not sold. Don't be pressured into buying. There are other properties besides OMA. Jasmine Wong

"The Best 2bed Room Floor
Plan In The Burnaby Area
For the Price"

I have been in the market for a condo for the past 4months and have looked at over 30 different units all over the Burnaby and Downtown area. This building has the best 2bed room floor plan compare to many I have seen. I noticed a lot of 2bed floor plans are like shoe box layout. However, Oma has design one of the nicest 2bed layout in the mkt today. Here are some of the Positives: 1)Lots of windows 2)9ft Ceilings 3)Corner unit 4) only 6 unit per floor 5) Nice RainShower 6) Awesome Layout 7) Very good price right now 8) Nice quiet building 9) Awesome amenities (Swimming pool-rare to find in bby area) 10) Awesome location. 11) Good material used compare to a lot of condo's in the DT area. Out of all the condoo I have seen I always come back to OMA and will be making a purchase very soon. The thing that sold me is the layout/quality/price/and location. You won't find anything close to this for the price right now.

Rob could also be a realtor, who has a unit at OMA for sale.The 11 points he makes are so typical of realtor language. Fact is that Polygon Group and Millenium Group are 2 worst developers of real estate. Rob Says "Out of all the condoo I have seen I always come back to OMA and will be making a purchase very soon." A sales pitch for OMA? The location of OMA has no curb appeal. unregistered user on January 24 2011: I am an owner, not a relator, and I completely agree with the post. OMA is a great building and awesome location. Just because a person likes the building and you don't, doesn't a real estate agent make. Plus, where are your facts on "the worst developers in town"? "Almost Perfect"

This is a great building, very nicely finished, high ceilings, lots of windows, great facilities, convenient location, good floorplans, and it is bascially new so there should not be much to worry about. The only negative I can think of is the train that passes by the South side of the Building a couple times a day.smrtovnica smrtovnice

Tell that to owners in new buildings who had to fork out hunderds of thousands for legal costs so that warranty companies would be forced to pay repair costs. unregistered user on January 24 2011: I'm an awner, have been for years - I haven't paid a cent out of my pocket. "Excellent"

The facilities in the complex were very nice. They are shared between the two OMA buildings. The building itself looks great. The condo I visited was a two bedroom condo. Nice kitchen bathrooms and layout was very nice. Nothing negative I can think of.

"Nice Finishings"

I have visited a few people in this building and am impressed with the finishings. It has a higher end feel than some of the other newer buidlings I have been in, seems to have differenciated itself. The ammenites are first cl---, great pool and exercise facility, as well as amenity area, probably one of the best I have been in. The only downside to me is that the suites seem a bit small, and so do the hallways so it gives it a closed in feeling. Having said that there are lots of windows in the suites so they are bright. Oh yeh, I forgot to mention there is the od train that goes by, if you are on the south side of the building you are facing the tracks.
