"The Best Address in
Brentwood"

I have had the chance to visit a number of units in both this building and the sister building at 2088 Madison. I think these are bothe great buildings and the best in the area, but I would say 2138 Madison (Mosaic) is the best address in Burnaby. Right form the grounds and entrance, to the large suites and legendary quality of Bosa buildings (Embassey built this one, a Bosa company). There is not a lot of flash but there is substance.smrtovnica smrtovnice

"Looks Can Be Deceiving"

I looked at both buildings and visited 7units in total. Outside of the building looks very impressive. However, I was quickly disapointed in the interior of the some of the 2bed units I visited. All had no stainless steel Appliances and the interior design looks like a 6-8yr old buiding inside. I guess I was used to seeing a higher class look and finish of some of the condos near by the area. But if you don't really care about the finish and interior looks then this is a potential building to purchase. But not my cup of tea. But very good location in Burnaby.

"Better than 2088 Madison?"

I have visited both the Renaissance towers. They are both very nice, elegant and look expensive (if that makes any sense?). The positive for the Fresco is that the gym, pool table and spa area with hot tub are located right in this building. The positive for the Mosaic is that I believe it is quieter than Fresco. Mosaic is a little further away from Lougheed Hwy and the Skytrain. Plus, the Mosaic is newer. But, if you want to use the gym you may have to walk outside in the rain to the other building. Which one is better? I prefer the Mosaic. I would love to hear what other people think.

"Looks Classy"

I visited a couple of people I know in this building. The building looked quite cl---y. The lobby was very nice as well as the condos. Super location with Skytrain and shopping so close by.
