Mayfair Place at 7368 and 7388 Sandborne Avenue was the fourth phase in the City in the Park development built by Millennium. This two tower complex is located next to the Skytrain, Choices market, and the stunning City in the Park gardens.

The units feature 9ft. ceilings, with granite counter tops, and open floor plans with built in work stations. The complex has full amenities including an indoor pool, hot tub, 2 steam rooms, a gym, billiards room, lounges, hobby room and theatre room.

Views from the suites include views of the Fraser River, Vancouver Island and Surrey.

"Maintenance to be done"

This is a great building and complex, but be aware that as with more and more buildings, there is maintenance work to be done that has not been planned for or saved for. My understanding is that there is an assesment likely in the near future for such work. As always, make sure you make an informed decision. I for one think you have to expect some costs for maintenace beyond what you pay monthly, it is just a fact of life and it is better to do the maintenance than leave it until the cost becomes to high.smrtovnica smrtovnice

"Great Building, Seems
like Awesome place to
live.."

Just was checking out on purchasing a unit in the building. Seems like a great place, everything very nearby, even a short walk to skytrain or bus.. Seen notice in elevator for information session on why repairs are important.. Seems very organised and they seem on top of keeping building in top shape.. Sofar this is one of my top picks, with just a few places left to look at in the area :)

They are nice buildings, but if you are planning on buying just make sure you are aware there is upcoming maintenace work to be done on the buidling that will likely have to be assesed to the owners.

"Nice Looking Condos, a
Little Small"

This Mayfair condo is the second of the two Mayfair towers. It is very elegant and looks very high end. The amenities are great (shared by the two towers). The condos were a little small in my opinion. Each room was as small as could be. But, overall finishings were nice as well.smrtovnica smrtovnice

"Nice amenites"

I visited this building and there are two similar buildings sharing the very nice amenities. There was a pool, hot tub, gym and media room. Very nice amenities. The condo that I saw was a 2 bedroom unit and it was very nice with high ceilings. The rooms seemed a little tight but was a nice layout.
