"High End Looking"
I have friends who live in this building. I visited this building and thought that the building looked very high end. Look very luxurious. However, I know that they had some problems in the building. Window issues for just the penthouses I believe. Seems like everything is going to be fixed and the rest of the building is fine.

I know someone who spoke to someone who walked by this place. They said it looked high end.
Any leaky condo issues? I know some work has been done to the penthouses but what about the rest of the building? Any comments would be appreciated.
There are no problems with the building.
I can confirm that this condo will have a special assessment within the next 5 years to rainscreen the building. Buyer beware.
