"Lovely place to live"

We lived there for almost 3 years and we loved it. I've lived in about half a dozen different places, and this was by far the nicest place. The location is very convenient: walking distance to Metrotown and the sky train station. The north-east views are breathtaking...overlooking the mountains, the city and trees and tennis courts in Central Park. All of my neighbors seemed very nice and the staff was great! Always willing to help, friendly and approachable. Maintenance was always super quick, and it's a great, quiet community made up of nice grandmas, families and young singles. My neighbors above had 2 little kids and I never heard them so I would say the apartments are built pretty well. The facilities are very good. The swimming pool, Jacuzzi, two saunas and a well-equipped fitness room were always clean and never crowded. There is a hobby room for woodworking and a big library that I never used. Racquetball rooms, billiards, ping-pong rooms -you name it. There is a Jacuzzi in every apartment.The open patio on the 15th floor is relaxing for the spring and summer months. Overall, my experience was pleasant and satisfying.
