"Buyers beware"
First thing's first, the location is GREAT here. Lots of stores nearby and the area is bustling now with the Canada Line skytrain. This review is particularly for the townhomes you see right above Whole Foods. These places are very cool and modern but like the other review said, the finishing is really poor quality. The faucet fell off of the shower and the kitchen sink 2 times in the first year and the oven was not placed properly in the wall and had to be fixed. The biggest concern here is the LACK of good heating. The builder used extremely cheap quality baseboard electric heaters. They use so much electricity and are so terrible at heating the place our hydro bills were $300/month in the winter and we were STILL cold. You read that right, it's no joke. $300 every month to heat a 720sq foot apartment. YIKES

"Great location, shoddy
construction"
Amazing location, close access to everything you could ever need, save-on, whole foods, liquor store, Canadian tire, home depot, winners/homesense, best buy etc. Great gym too, huge! Too bad about the quality of construction. Very thin walls (can hear neighbors all the time), bad finishings (oven fell out of wall, mirror fell off wall, counters not sealed and stained quickly, granite counter not aligned and splitting). Super tiny bedrooms! A queen bed will just fit with side tables but then you can barely move around the room and don't even think about a sideboard or dresser.

I think there is something very wrong with the current building code. (I am living in a 5 year old building. I think there was a special on "Sold as is" appliances. Scratches; shelves missing in the fridge/freezer. I can hear neighbours two floors away. It is unbearable when the neighbour below uses his sound system because there is vibration from it.)

Yep that neighbours think is turning into a nightmare.
