"Excellent building!"

I have lived in this building for 4 years, and like it more and more as time goes. It's a quality building built by Bosa. The building had tons of updates in the recent a few years, such as new elevator, new piping, new carpet, new fire panel, etc. The building envelop maintenance just got done last year. It's like a new building or maybe even better to some extent. The suites are huge and have beautiful views. A lot of units have more than one parking and storage rooms are very spacious. The location is fantastic: Science World, BC Place & Rogers Arena, Olympic Village, Chinatown, Vancouver Downtown,... are all within walking distance. Seawall is minutes away for running, cycling, jogging, skating... Skytrain station, train station, and buses are right around the corner. The building has only 75 residential units. Most residents are owners. People in the building are friendly and get along very well. It's a gem.
