"This building is amazing"
This building looks so nice and is in an amazing location, only steps away from the main street in Yaletown.

Lots of interior noise and is comparable to a wood framed bldg. horrendous amounts of food smells transfer between floors. Since there is a large Asian community in the bldg, their strong food smells fill the air and air fresheners don't help. Right next to a fire station as well. Location is great! Units are large and management is pretty good. Three elevators for 25 floors which is rare downtown.
The unregistered user's comment is so much better - it's never helpful when a review seems to come from someone who doesn't actually live in the building, or is so vague it could've been copied from a sales brochure. When the review only describes the advantages of the area but not what it's like to actually live in the complex it's not a helpful, or accurate review.
