"Average... at best"

Got lucky to get a unit in this building after the developer was sentenced to so much damage for "envelop" issues, he had to "fire-sell" the two units he still owned. Building is very average in quality, and extensive envelop work has been done already. Warranty may be expiring soon, I would check that before buying... Not very sound-proof, with small units. Some units with amazing views, but most without. Frequent problems with the garage door, and car break-ins. Probably nearing some serious works and special assessment. Location is great, for sure. But there are better buildings around...

Comment on this Review: unregistered user on February 20 2012: I've been in the building for 6+ years and very much like it and my neighbors. As far as I can recall, we have not had any problems with the garage door in over 2 years (so not too sure of this statement above). In terms of the break-ins, we have been working with the owners and tenants to ensure that they are aware of the security issue and that the major reason we have had break-ins, is that people do not wait for the gate to close prior to entering or leaving the property. I think this is a great location and know that it is rainscreened where around me, i see numerous other buildings still undergoing envelope repairs. Write a comment about this review Enter image text:
