I have lived here for about 3 years now and I love it here. I do occasionally get annoyed with the elevators taking too long but that hasn't really seemed like much of a problem lately. Also, the elevators don't require a key fob like some of the other condos around, which is a huge positive!! The security guards are always nice and rational and when the odd jerk comes around, usually they don't last long at their post and get replaced with a nicer character. Visitor parking is abundant and parking passes are very simple to get. There was a problem with the fire alarms going off too frequently and at the worst times in the early morning but they have fixed that issue and I haven't woken up to a fire alarm in several months. Hot tub kinda sucks, the pool is not that great either but other amenities are good. All the residents are respectful and to themselves. Location is the best characteristic of this building.
