"Good condo."

Very reasonable maintenance fee for 25-year old building. Similar aged buildings in the area are paying far more for less amenities.

"Nice community "

Owner in the building for 5 years. Very nice community. In my 5 years here I have had no issues with neighbours, excessive noise, people smoking, etc. Kind people here, lots of young families and older couples. No problems with police as I've heard other buildings having. Older building so there is the benefit of much larger units in comparison to newer developments in the area.

"Lovely home"

Lovely condominium with wonderful staff, especially the security! Clean, reasonable maintenance fees, nice neighbours. Only complaint is elevator wait during school times (4:00pm) as kids are all coming home at the same time, but I would imagine this would be an issue in every building.

"bad decision."

hi this tha worse condo in mississauga why lot noise complaint,any time,the cleaners dont take the garbage only every 3 days and the manager is the worseeee. dont move to this building please. very owner unsept.

I have to agree as an owner residing here for over ten years. The bugs ie bed bugs and roach issues is treated. I never recalled this building being so terrible. People need to be honest. Management and the Board are not receptive to your concerns...Do not move into 155perhaps 135...11

Residential owners are great. Problem is short term rentals and lack of a rental office. One owner rents units to a high risk and owns approximately 20

"Great Home!"

I am truly surprised at the negative reviews on this site regarding this building! I currently own one of the 1 bedroom units and have had nothing but great experiences here. The security is always friendly (greeting everyone who comes in and out, positive attitudes), and knows everyone who lives here by name. They are fantastic at enforcing guest visits (in parking lot, signing in and out) which makes the building feel secure and safe. The hallways and elevators are always clean, the only issue I have ever had is noticing that last years the elevators were not being vacuumed enough. After voicing this complaint to the property manager I noticed they were being vacuumed much more frequently. It is an older unit so it does not look as "modern" as many others in the Square One area, however the hallways and floors have just been re-done and it looks wonderful. What another user mentioned regarding families is true however - there are many families with young children which makes the wait time for elevators between 3-4pm a bit long (although certainly not 40 mins as the other person said). I would recommend living here, I am really enjoying it.

"Roaches !!!"

For a month it was pretty good apartment, until I saw the roaches roaming around in my kitchen counter (of different sizes). I made a huge mistake renting in this building.

"Not a secure building"

My car license plates were stolen from the B2 parking lot. The building maangement didn't even bother to respond to my letter when I reported the incident.

Horrible place to live. They have no curtsey for people living on the lower floors that are in the front of the building. They scrape the side walks and parking lots from the show from 3am to 5am. Good luck getting any sleep! Kids use the gym as a jungle gym with no supervision, plus all the machines are old and out dated. Maintenance fee is high for a 24 year old building. Highly recommend not buying in ANY of these buildings, unless you are

"Pretty good building
but..."

Most of security staff are friendly and helpful. Manager is accessible. Mostly renters. Lots of kids. No set rules and not enforced. Kids playing loudly in the building. Elevator being repaired. Long wait. But it is clean. Three level parking garage.
