"Worse Mangement Ever -
its has been hijacked by
directors and president "
I'm a current owner in the building and very concern with the management and poor handling of the building. Fake promises from management. Get rid of Azza 1. No owners meetings - since the new management took over 2. Under ground parking a mess. Fire hydrant dirty and no glass protection 3. The cleaners come once a week 4. The windows outside have not been cleaned for the last 2 years 5. The swimming pool rules. People bath with clothes on. Health issues Disgrace 6. The underground have not been washed for over 2 years now. Dusty 7. Water issues in the unit and management take no responsibility in the issues. ( Patch Jobs) 8. Let's not talk about the appearance of the building outside. The grass needs cutting. Time to fire the management I'm selling and getting out in 6 months I would suggest all owners do the same and protect your investment.

Same individual that is trying very hard to to damage to the building and to the Corporation and its representatives...guess it is a disgruntled individual

As a new resident, I called to ask about the building, I was barked at on the phone that you need to fill a form before any information can be given or any service is provided. I submitted a completed form with a certified cheque for the modem and was told that it will take 2 weeks. When I asked why it will take 2 weeks I was shouted at and told 'it is a privilege the building is providing you not a right'. When I called after 2 weeks I was told I haven't had the time. After 4 weeks of no internet I have got a connection from Fido as no one has called. For both 265 and 285 Enfield the lady in mgt off. is rude, arrogant and totally the opposite of what someone in a customer service role should be. I have been in this building for a month but, want to leave as I feel unwelcomed and totally irritated. The garden and tennis court have been in repair mode for over a year and after I asked the security when they will be ready, he laughed and asked me to go and speak to the lady in the office. After 7 weeks I am yet to get a refund for the certified cheque I had submitted for the modem.

If you were asked to have a deposit you must be a tenant, as owners we are very happy with the service we receive from Management and Security as well from the Board. Please do not make a personnel issue a building problem that is not fair to the rest of us who have been living in this building for many years and we do know what kind of service was provided and the huge improvements our building has seen last couple of years. Next time try to resolve your issue and not write an unfair angry review. Note no other building has free internet we do.

"265-285 Enfield Place"
Cheapest condo fees in the area. However you get what you pay for. The two bulding are showing their neglect. Overcrowded units, roaches and a board that stays in power by keeping the fees low. If you want to be a small time landlord, this building will do just fine. Anyone else, best to stay away.

May be that was a couple of years ago, check the building now and you will be amazed. The building went from a "shot hole" to a great shot! The proof is in real facts

3 minutes walking distance to walmart super centre for fresh vegetable,meat,seafood... 2 minutes walking distance to bus stop.

"maintenance fee"
maintenance fee $519/monthly, included everything ,even tv cable. from 2005 to 2014, last 10 years, maintenance fee only increased $30 .

Take a very good look before you buy here. The place is dirty and run down. Noise, kids play soccer in the hallways and the elevators regularly break down.

"Too many renters"
Condo is very nice but there are too many renters that are destroying the condo Back yard of building is very unkept, Managment and security are very rude to visitors, ESP the Managment team There are always children playing ball in the hallways and in the front lobby. There is soo much space outside, including a park. Why aren't they over there playing? There's cockroaches!!! The building has not been able to get rid of them for almost 5 years There are family's of +6 people in 1000sqft suite Condo building garage is always overflowing There are aoo many brown people There are aoo many pets in this no pet allowed building Such a strange condo.

Prices are very affordable for the fantastic location that has all the most attractive amenities of downtown mississauga. Suites are fairly big compared to the new buildings. Condo fees are around $500 that even include cable tv

This condo has problems. Bad president kicked out Del, then ICC and now will not even say what the maangement company's name is. Units rented by the day or week. Lots of water leaks. They try to hide the problems.

Too much noise from the music being played loudly in the early morning hours (1AM to 3AM) by the Fox and Fiddle bar to a point where the suites facing Burnhamthorpe will be woken up even if they are on the 19th floor. Complaints to the city and police go unresolved. Looks like the owner of the Fox and Fiddle bar has up contacts in the City administration, it's a good investment in property if you don't live here.

285 and 265 The new management should also be fired. The windows in the building have not been cleaned for over 3 years now. - The underground parking need repairs. -The buidling needs an uplift like ASAP- with the restaurant - Tilted Kilt, Manager need to do the same and upgrade the building. They should also repair guy. he needs to retire. VERY POOR WORK

agree with the owner- NEW MANAGEMENT NEEDED
In taking the elevator I overheard residents complaining about the Board of Directors and the present management company. They are unprofessional and higher management has schmoozed the Board into hiring unlicensed contractors to carry out work in the building. To add insult to injury, the contractor is the cleaning company. I wonder what kind of kick backs the company gets??? A note to the Board, check the employees of the cleaning company and you will be amazed at the conflict of interest there. One of employees is related to the management's senior management!!!!!! No you have to for cleaning your vents. No managment meetings. Worse management I heard.
Do not believe what you read some people have an agenda and it is obvious. Check for yourself the facts and ask people who have knowledge of the building, ask your real estate.
