"What a shame"

Huge units, and mostly friendly people. There are no ammenities and since the condo reserve fund was defrauded, it still hasnt been sufficiently replenished. There is no budget for the necessary repairs (which are plentiful). The only supposed amenity is a rooftop terrace that is not maintained (just empty, dirt filled boxes where flowers used to be). The most disgusting part is that there has been a cockroach infestation here for about a year. All the units have beem treated... Some repeatedly... But they are not all gone. We have also had issues here with people doing drugs and having sex in the stairwells, so never take the stairs! The elevators also break on a semi regular basis, but there is no money in the reserve fund to upgrade. All of this is a shame because there is nice staff, and the units are some of the biggest in the city, but it's jist not worth it.

They also dictate and watch everyone carefully...I use to live there but moved out...not use to being micro managed in my own home

"Good to live not to buy"

It is a good building to live in -NOT TO BUY - their is a huge deficieny in the budget and might need special assment soon

the condo has improved recently, there are new cameras in the halls and the lobby is being renovated/the fund reserve is also maintained/great location and low maintanance fee with hydro and everything else included
