Frequent water shut downs. Always 1 elivator in out of order. The place is not good. There is no quality of service for the rent charging.

lack of security. several break in quite often, do not recommend this building at if you have small children, NOT SAFE!!

Often water and Power shut down.Management takes so longer to fix anything.Does not solve people problems .
