"Potential"
I went to see a unit is this building, needless to say I was disguested. Maintaince fees are sitting at about $601/ month, and after walking around the entire building I was wondering where all that montly revinue goes?? They are most certenly not putting those funds into the property or the structure of the building. The unit was listed as a 3+1 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 story, sounds great on paper, in person not such a good idea. The unit we saw was infested with cockroaches. The entire place needed to be gutted, fumigated, disinfected-hospital statndard style, and than completely reno-ed. Top to bottom, and even after all that work you'd still live in a run-down poorly maintained nearly condemed building. Asking price for this unit $169, 000--- GOOD LUCK TO THE SELLER!

There is bigger problems than just that. The condo is broke and the board fights and bickers. No money in the reserves and building needs work,
Check out the mosque in the basement and the balconies turned into bedrooms for roomers.
The tuesday/thursday 7am garbage pickup that sounds like a tank assembly line is also a great benefit and the ungerground parking hasn't been powerwashed since 1978
The officers of the Board do not care so much about improving the bldg. and I think many of them are just interested to make money from contractors.
Most of the balconies are leaking and the Corp. management is not doing anything to fixed it because no available funds to be use. The Board of Directors are not available to answer most of the complaints.
The old board wanted to go to court to get an administrator but they all got kicked out and the new board wants to keep the fees low.
I have read the above now confused ... weather to go ahead with purchasing a unit there or not ?
It is surprising the people are living in such a unhealthy environment. They should go to the mayor or their city councilors

I lived in this building in 1981.It was run very poorly than.Paid 2 Special assesments within 3 years. All ways problem with management. Not well kept building. OWING BANKS OVER $1 Million.It was going down fasti was lucky and sold my apt. wich I bought for $ 65000 sold for $ 137000.
the management in this building is a joke! weve lived here for over 20 years and seen this place go to s***. The whole building is falling apart, maintenance fees are up the a** and whats worse is we dont even see this money going into the building, more like into someones pockets! NO recreation rooms, the security is non-existent and dont even try talking to management because they always seem to get offended when you make a complaint. STAY AWAY from this building, its a complete rip off and its for you own good.
Is there just Chinese ? Look at Main Front sign.
Unit owners don't even know who is running the bldg. Property managements changes so many times.This should be investigated by the government concern.
I've owned my unit for 8 years and seen many positive changes its a long process to recreate our home to its maximum potential. The current board has been amazing they have rebuilt confidence in ownership here. We are aware of where our money has been spent. The external improvements such as new steps and brick repairs not to mention the fencing has been fantastic. I'm very happy to hear next year the facings of the balconies will be redone. Yes this is an older building with lots to be done. I'm a very happy owner and proud to say I live here. I renowned my unit after I purchased it. I've never had any bug issues and I have a unit. If you buy here you may also enjoy the benefits of location.

Iowned 4 bedroom apt. 25 years ago moved out 2001 in that building nothing but problem keep changing property managers. Alwas nothing in reserve few special assessment every year.Onetime I refused to pay special assment next thing I know money was drown out of my bank account when I asked the bank manager why I was told they hahe to pay as long I owed motage so watch out for that.Never maintain nicely the building.Beacuse they always owed money to the bank so another assment.I,m surprise aptments are still on sale. Embrasing place to live.
I was disgusted with this building. I went to see a unit and the walls had splatter marks all over them, the outside looked like I had walked into the slums. The building was disgusting for a condo. My rental unit and building was in better condition than this place. I felt dirty just walking through it.
How come there are 4 units for sale for 389K - 399K? Is there a special assessment done recently. Can some one provide feed back?

I have visited to this place with broker. I noticed no security and cops and their vehicle surrounding the building. Blacks are breaking car locks stealing stuff posted on notice board and lifts. Most of black Chinese and Muslims are living in buildings. So many exit points easier for theftS. Cams are broken. As written management su* ks. Management office hrs are less complaints boxes are full with complain. Maitainance fee is too much for nothing. Pipes are dropping water collecting drums with flying incests lying down in corridor long time.Noisey pets & kids playing lifts. 3 out of 1 lift is not working. No cleaning in common area. Staircase steps are full with shit left from fuc*king smokers and drunkers.Carpet is sticking. No gym , no recreational room, only mosque and small party room for Muslims only. Sauna room is out of order.swimming pool for kids only and most of the time closed wrote on notice board. Access doors and emergency exits doors are broken no need to use electronic key.Garage door is broken. Garbage area remain full all the times presence of rats skank and other hostages. Inside the unit, owner has made so many rooms like motel & rented to various tenants. Balconies covered and rented so it not actual room consider balconies as room like china & Pakistan.tenants were spreading powder and spray for bed bugs. One of Tenant complaints about stealing. These are the reasons these unit are remain always in sell

We did construction work and they didn't pay.
I AM INTERESTING TO BUY A CONDO BUT WHEN I SEE ALL THIS COMMENTS IT MAKE ME SICK AND I WOULD NOT ADVICE ANYBODY TO COME AND SEE THIS PLACE THANKS ALL THE ADVISE AND COMMENTS YOU GUYS MADE ABOUT THIS PLACE
I was there with my agent in January 2019 and to me looks like everything is changed.They did a lots of work done, I saw three guys cleaning and vacuuming holways, elevator was pretty clean and condo I visited, it was clean I didn't notice any bugs around and the condo is really good for big family.The only thing outside parking is not big and that big condo has only one parking space in underground garage.
