"Horrible - nice on the
outside, a stink hole
inside and mostly middle
east tenants"

Looks nice on the outside, a stink hole on the inside. Mostly middle east immigrants and asians. Rude, discourteous frummy faces evey day. Cooking odours horrendous in hallways, can't open windows due to cooking odours comming in from outside. Fire alarms set off nearly every night. Hardly any owners. mostly tenants.

I used to live in a building where ignorant people like these either didn't know what went on or didn't care...downright ignorant. Lots of white folks have came and left, can't say I blame them.

"Ovation I - A suburban
ghetto apartment."

Top three penthouse floors have large suites which are rentals. Rest of building has tiny 600 to 800 sq. foot investor rental units that house large families. Primarily middle east and asian tenants. Loud and noisy residents, exotic cooking odours. Elevators always out of servoice (33 storey building!).

"Looks like, Feels like,
Is like a cheap hotel"

Mostly investor owned units with many many short term tenants/renters. Lots of kids and teens! Windows can't be opened because of cooking odours. Grumpy faces. Unhappy people. No manners or courtesy on elevators or in the hallways. Noisy. Mostly middle east and oriental inhabitants.
