"Condos broke"

Tried to buy into this building. The lawyer suggested we walk away as the window budget has been borrowed and several special charges will be coming.

Fact from owner building is uncontrol financially yes there was bad management that ruined the buildings reputation criminal charges should have been laid the Ontario Goverment have failed to protect Condo owners

"PCC 22"

This building has gone through a very bad time. The condo is broke due to a bad board and a disgusting property management company. The new board is trying hard to put the building back on its feet.
