"Terrible people and
management"

The people if this complex are extremely mosey to the point of suffocation. If you have kids it seems like a great place to live but I tell you people will make your life a living hell and make you wish u never had kids. If you have boys like I do then you are in for an earful of daily complaints. If your child is inside the unit on the balcony you will hear so many complaints. The child is making so much noise so much mess why does she have pillows on her balcony why does she chairs and a table why did she put a rug there!? And don't even get me started on the property management. They are so uncooperative, and if you have kids they wAnt nothing to do with you. And you will always be wrong. And don't cross the property manager Olive. She will give you one excuse: I have to manage 1200 units, your problem is not important. She is a terrible person. The building is not well managed the water park opens for like a month after summer is almost done. They don't turn on the lights.They are cheap and the maintenance fees are through the roof and skyrocketing. And did I mention it took me more than a year to sell my fully renovated 3 bedroom condo? And there is no parking garage. Have fun carrying your groceries in the blistering cold and storms with your kids running in all direction you will be sure to recurve children's aid house calls because I did. Living here us like living in a prison where you are constantly watched.
