"Review 965 Inverhouse"

This could be a premier building in Mississauga based on size and location; sadly the Board seems incapable of bringing the building into the 21sat centuary. Hallways and common areas are dated and shabby; the tennis court is in total disrepair and the garage issues have not been addressed. The reserve fund is robust so there is really no excuse for this - there however is a reluctance to spend any money!

Excellent location, well maintained in summer and winter, older owners with quiet enjoyment a priority. At $275,000 best vallue seen in the lower GTA in years.

Comment on this Review: unregistered user on January 12 2010: Unit values have plummeted to less than $250,000 - leaks in garage continue after expensive "repair" - mould on common element walls/wallpaper not dealt with properly - even though realty adverts claim building to be "senior friendly," the elderly and mobility challenged residents are refused a safe device for staircase - Property Manager Contractor attends Board meeting stinking of alcohol and drinks whilst driving. Many owners finally waking up to the sad realities of the poor condominium governance at this location. Registered as Condominium Corporation No. 98 on May 10th 1976.
