"Leaky Condo"

I have visited the building in the past an generally liked it, but read a story in the globe and mail today that indicates that it is on a list of leaky condos and needs 8 million in repairs. Nice. Also mentions 388 Drake as needing 29 million in repairs.smrtovnica smrtovnice

comment is incorrect rainscreening was completed in 2007 so the building since then has been completely sound leaky condo posting needs to be removed
