Sandborne Woods at 7345 Sandborne Avenue is a townhouse complex but the units are like two level condos. The suites have large balconies, and some even have rooftop decks. It is located next to Byrne Creek Ravine Park at the end of Sandborne Avenue. Situated right beside the City in the Park gardens and within close walking distance of Choices Market and Edmonds skytrain makes this a most convenient location.

Friendly Small Community"

Sandborne Woods enjoys an amazing community of owners that have voted unanimously on two occasions in favour of the necessary upgrades required to reinforce a 25 year old building. This building has been built with a very solid infrastructure and owners know the value of this. This is why a larger percentage of owners prefer to remain with the security of an awesome and solid infrastructure and roof. Why do we know this? Civil engineers had no trouble approving 78 patio stones required to cover our six hundred square foot rooftop decks. That is close to one ton added in the roof makeover. Not many newly built condo buildings would accept that weight for payload. This building had no problem accepting whatsoever and the results are amazing. Good solid community and a good solid building.

"Glad I'm Gone"

My sister and I both sold units in this complex because the strata council was inept and the maintenance terrible. The complex was increasingly rundown and is now facing an assessment.

Strange. Not what I have experienced at all. This review was written by 2 previous council members that didn't get their way. One of them even complained to me that there were too many Asians on the Council (and in the building) and that was one of their mandates to change. We have a word for people like that RACIST! Hmmm, kind of glad they are gone.

"Unique Homes"

I saw a condo in this complex. It was really cool. It faces the trees of the park and it had a rooftop deck. The condo was three levels. The complex was gated which is nice for security. The downside is that the rooms were a little small and the complex is a little old for the area. Quiet place though and close to Skytrain.smrtovnica smrtovnice
