"Old Building But Quiet
Area"
I thought that this was a rentals only building, meaning that you couldn't buy a condo. But you can buy a home here. I visited a home here. It was on the top floor facing Telford. The building and condo were pretty old looking. The positive I thought was it seemed pretty quiet.

It is old looking, because it is 30 years old. However, it has been maintained well and has well kept grounds. With very little expenditure suites can be redone and brought up to date, in suites which are generally much larger than new ones for the same cost.
