Fitzgerald at 4888 Brentwood Drive is a 27 storey concrete highrise built by Ledingham McAllister (Ledmac). Finished in 2009, Fitzgerald is a part of the Brentwood Gate community just east of Brentwood Town Centre. The homes were originally built with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Some of the homes have beautiful views of the Metrotown area and the North Shore Mountains. Extremely convenient location with shopping and skytrain only one block away.

building!"

This building is located so close to Brentwood Mall. Excellent amenities. I also like the outdoor hot tub on the terrace. This building has been constructed with care and precision. The finishes are exquisitely tasteful and are of superior quality. Even the corner granite and marble counter tops are one solid piece! The views are phenomenal as it's perched up on a hill. I would definitely recommend this building to renters, buyers, or anyone. A solidly constructed building.

"So many people leaving"

Today I checked REALTOR .CA, and I noticed Almost 30 properties for sale at this Location. The developement on Brentwood Drive is less than two years old, and people are abandening this developement by Ledingham McAlister in droves. This place sucks. If you bought here you will loose money, because so much competition to sell. You will have to offer huge discounts to off load your property.

WELL BUILT BUILDING, JUST BOUGHT INTO IT. WELL MAINTAINED, STRATA MINUTES EXCELLENT. LOOKING FORWARD TO MOVING IN.

A renter - this place is party place. Strata council does nothing -owner doesn't care. place will be run down in a few years buy elsewhere

Currently live in this building. whoever is saying it is built well is lying. 3 of the interior doors of my apartment won't stay shut because they were not put in properly. The trim around the doors is also crooked...as well as the front closet doors are not put in properly. The balcony door was installed on the inside sliding part sit you can not put in a screen door, very odd. Ya, and you can hear everything from outside, very annoying.
