"Trendy Modern Building"
I lived in The Urban for 3 years and although I could hear my neighbours on occasion it was mostly not a problem. I loved the location, being so close to everything in downtown Victoria. I was in a studio suite, which was pretty cosy, but the 9 ft ceilings made it seem bigger. The decor of the units and building is modern and sleek. Cafe on ground floor is a local favourite too. If I hadn't been moving out of town I would definitely have stayed.

I agree with this review however I find that the noise of the other units and street are bad enough to be driving me out.
As an owner in this building I was sold on the fact that the building would be quiet because it is "cement". I can assure you this is false advertising and the building is unbearably loud. I wake up multiple times during the night to the noise of neighbours, traffic, people on the street, door slamming Etc. Definitely not a quiet or enjoyable home.
