"Best maintained building"

This property is managed by a very dedicated strata council. A true community of friendly people. Well located, excellent transit close by. Very spacious, two bedroom, two bath in 37 of the 42 units. Average size 1,050 - 1,200 sq. ft. Gas fireplaces. Spacious patios on ground floor. An excellent home for singles and couples.

"our home"

Spacious two bedroom units of approx. 1,200 sq.ft. Extremely well cared for building which is self managed. Well located with excellent bus service, drug store,clinics and hospital within walking distance. Owners take a real pride in their home.
