"I Sold a suite here!"

As a local Realtor, I SOLD a suite in Matticks Green. It's an excellent building, extremely well run and maintained, any minor issues are dealt with immediately, they have a very healthy contingency budget and it's a great area.

Great information to know, however, I hear little children live in the building causing noise transfer issues between floor that is a major problem with the owners who live below.
