The building in Victoria that boasts perhaps the scabbiest of all art - matress outside door - eye sore

The building has character but yeah..those mattress things outside the building are begging to be hit by some bus or other like vehicle

Yup, those are some ugly mildew ridden concrete mattresses for sureand I dont really get that sign either.Love the building tho.

that "art" was something the city of Victoria force upon the developer, as part of the deal. It really has nothing to do with the building - blame city hall!

I found the low ceilings very clostraphobic! Also, the mattresses Definately must go! That is the worst first impression I have ever seen along with the huge sign out front!. What the heck!!!
Mattress is your responsibility unless you rented as a vacation rental.
