"Decent Building"

Many of the suites have been done up pretty well, and there are no rental restrictions. Only cats allowed, no dogs. I live here currently and while we're condo hunting, it is difficult to move out of here because of the the quality of the suite. Condo is under new management by Firm Management Company, have not dealt with them. Buyers, note that there may be some maintenance required on the membrane above the parking lot. And condo finances may not be in great shape, but that's one view I've heard from one person in the complex.
