"Pakington Manor"
Excellent building, fabulous location. Adults, all owner-occupied, cats allowed, secure access. Clean, well-maintained. Good strata council, very proactive. Beautifully maintained gardens around the building. Covered parking stalls. Friendly and quiet building, also quiet street (one block long). Just around the corner from Beacon Hill Park, Cook Street Village a few steps away. Downtown an easy 10-minute walk. The lowest strata fees I've seen in this area, and the units are spacious and affordable. You can't get much better than this. One of the best places I've ever lived in.

Lived here for 10 yrs. building is kept up to date, counsil proactive with building painted and new roof last year, also new roof on covered parking. Quiet building, quiet one block long street, walk around the corner to Cook Street village which have everything you need or also at corner to Beacon Hill park, short walk to downtown inner harbour and ocean at Dallas Road. Best location in Victoria, Ocean and mountain views from 4th floor south facing units.
