Quayside Towers built by Bosa, consists of two towers located at 1045 & 1065 Quayside Drive. 1065 Quayside Drive and 1045 Quayside Drive share the amenities, however do NOT have the same strata. 1045 Quayside Drive is Tower 1 and boasts large balconies, gas fireplaces, large open floor plans and spectacular views. Amenities include recreational centre, indoor pool, exercise centre and more. 1045 Quayside Drive is being re-piped 2007. Pets NOT allowed.
This Concrete tower is close to shopping, SkyTrain, The Quay, dining and, of course, the Waterfront Boardwalk. People around the world come to see the Tug Boats, barges and wildlife, however, imagine seeing it every day? How lucky to own at the Quay?

"Well Kept Building"
Apartments are very large and spacious plus right on the quayside waterfront. They have a very pro active strata which while i was there had replaced the roof , rain screened the building and re- piped. Plus i beleive they just repainted the building with numerous upgrades still to come inside the building and gym. Strongly condsidering buying a unit here as really they done everything so wont have to pay for jack
