"121 Brew Street =
"Doggyville""
I have never seen as many dogs in that complex as I have in my nearly 50-years on this earth. There is an almost equal, if not so, ration of humans:dogs. If you love dogs, and love the sound of around the clock barking, then, this place is for you. However, I did meet several dog owners who could not longer bear the sound of incessant dog barking. It is so traumatic that, to this day, when I hear dogs bark, it becomes an immediate stressor. This complex gives new meaning to, "Dog/Pet Friendly" so good luck to those who choose to venture to the Suterbrook Complex. Can't say you weren't warned...

"What Happened to Port
Moody?"
My structural engineer friend told mw that he went to this area during the construction and saw the sinking ground around the site. Mmmm... between the criminals next door to it and this story... I guess that was not a good condo shopping trip for me...

Onni is notoriously bad for terrible post sale service. I have had several close friends say the way they handle deficiencies and in general how they deal with you after completion is terrible. Also, their homeowner manual is a joke.

Onni is terrible at after care and honoring deficiencies. I'd never buy new from Onni again and would strongly recommend waiting at least three years before buying used. These guys won't last another 10 years if they don't clean themselves up. I hear they are moving into the USA. Perhaps it because of the burning bridges they've left here.
