"Hate it! "

Very poorly constructed by Onni. When my neighbor's phone rings, when they vacuum, when they're doing laundry, when their baby is crying - I hear it. Also, despite being on the top floor - something LOUD is definitely living above me. Elevator stinks because of smelly old rug! Lots of recent car theft in the parkade. Senile strata jacks the heat up in summer and turns it off in winter! Finishes were probably above average when this place was built but now they're beginning to show their age and this place is going downhill fast. Can't wait till my lease is up!

Comment on this Review: unregistered user on December 14 2010: Your building sounds similiar to mine. (built same year by a different developer) My suggestion is do your homework and know who your neighbours will be. My Pet Peeve is not having a Live-In Manager/Caretaker because of a few people who don't care. The majority of us are awesome in volunteering our time to care for the building. unregistered user on December 17 2010: What you describe fits my building to a T. (located in Langley with a different developer) Our building had nice finishes as well. (i guess wrong finishes for the number of people coming & going) I too hear my neighbours.
