"worst neighbors
ever-useless strata board"

these have to be the worst neighbors to live by,every week the noise level from the constant renovation and repair is awful, mostly old , rude men who swear at you if you complain, the building needs extreme upgrades not cosmetic fixes, serious problems with roofing and pipes bursting, cracks in unit walls-quite an old building, not worth the money -you will buy a problem
