"Great Views"
Wow, the view from my friend's suite in this complex is spectacular. View of SFU, North Burnaby and Downtown Vancouver. I would never have expected such a view from Coquitlam. Suite also is a good size and layout. There is a negative, the building does not appear to be very well maintained. There are no specific problems that I am aware of but just looking at the building gives me the impression that there is little maintenance being done, the outside of the building is stained and dirty, inside common areas need updating for sure. Seems like an overall good place to live but I would do my homework first.smrtovnica smrtovnice

Hey, just as an update to the original poster's comments, it seems the building got re-painted and cleaned up. A number of things point to a strong maintenance program here.. (maybe they read this review :P ) Also, I think it got understated how big the suites are. I was looking at a 1BR suite here recently, and noticed it was larger than most 2BR condos going for the same price!
