What review? not much help here. from what i've seen of Marborough, reviewing their past records and examing the Strata reports, they run a fine place, compared to some of the units in other places. this is a winner in my review.

We have been resident here for over 3 years. It is a wonderful and peaceful place well run and friendly. The records, strata notes and overall reports rank this place tops. No renters allowed and 55+ age requirement makes it clean and orderly. We are proud and blessed to be here for sure

We've been here for over 5 years. Wonderful, quiet, nice neighbors makes this the Best for condo living.

We have lived at this location for about 6 years. We love the "community" here, with lots to do and walking distance to just about anything you want. 55+ gives you a mature and established residential base with NO rentals allowed.

In Jan 2016 I was told by a Realtor that three rentals were allowed at Marlborough House and they currently were at five rentals???

I had a difficult time selling my unit because of the age restriction of 55+.......it took 11 months.When i purchased from developer it was a 45+ but the strata there changed it to 55+ so when it comes time to sell you either have to lower your price because of all the condos you need to compete against or you will be stuck there for life......i had to drop 50K and after 11 months finally sold
