To my knowledge a woman who lives in this building told me that the woman who recently died who lived in this suite was very angry with the owners...

has been on market for eight months,assessed at 256,000,the pipes need replacing in every suite and they only lower it by 5,000 dollars? - really? - there are so many more deals out there in the area.. still waiting....

I have a friend that lives in this building - she told me that all the walls have to be opened up and the pipes need to be replaced. I am waiting for either the price to drop drastically or will wait till after it is completed. 279,000 is still too high of a price

wow - the assessed value is 256,000 and they ask 279,000? - and unit 314 in the same building with approx 100 square feet more and another bathroom is only 249,000? -unit 213 is WAY OVERPRICED - the sellers are dreamers!

unit 314 finally sold - after a very long time - under 249,000 - I am waiting for the owners of 213 to drop their price drastically - eventually they will get desperate - after the $400.00 per month maintenance and taxes - no one is living in it - time is ticking...

The price of this suite is much too high. Why would I pay 30 thousand more for this one than the other one for sale in the same building that has an extra bathroom? - and bedbugs? - I did hear it has/had a silverfish problem because of the dampness from the outdoor surrounding pond.. but if it is bedbugs I am seriously reconsidering even at a lower price.

It is to my understanding that this building may have bedbugs. I hope not because I like it very much, although I have heard the strata fee has gone up significantly.Neighbours are very private.The underground parking lot is very clean.
