"Great location, building
quality???"

I almost bought a unit in this building. The location was great with Henderson Place right at the base of the tower. Coquitlam Centre is so close I thought it was great. However, the unit I saw the quality of the construction didn't look so good. The walls were a little warped and it was new at that time. But, I'm no expert, so I could be wrong. Anyway, I decided not to buy it because of that reason.

Students, First Time Buyers, Young Couples
