"Great Value"

Friend purchased in this condo. Very good value for the area. Fantastic location and one of the more affordable concrete condos in the neighbourhood. I believe there aren't any or many rentals allowed.

"Walk to shopping"

I visited this building. It is one of the older towers in the Coquitlam Centre area but it is so close to Coquitlam Centre and Henderson Place. The condo I visited had been updated so it looked very new. The rooms were larger than some of the new condos I have visited.
