"Oh My Word."
Tenants threw loud parties at late hours any day of the week. Another resident took to breaking into mailboxes and - even though strata had videos of this - he remained in the building for a couple more months. Dogs barking. Dogs barking at all hours and strata does noting. And it got worse. There's no video surveillance in the parking area. Another resident was angry that I was assigned the spot next to his and that he couldn't have two spots to himself for one car anymore. He and his wife vandalized my car with about five huge dents from their car door. My car had been parked in perfect condition and the dents had paint that matched his car perfectly. Same individual lived next door and had his subwoofer so loud that it shook the wall between our places hard enough to knock things from our shelves. And then there was the time we found a huge bag of weed in the hallway . . . A woman on the top floor was angry about a noisy BBQ below her so the threw a bucket of water on to the BBQ. Our landlords were wonderful but this building has nothing but crazy people in it. Ways they could fix things: 1. Security cameras in the parkade and storage areas. 2. Units above the first floor with hard surface flooring (tile/hardwood/laminate etc.) must have high traffic areas covered with area rugs within twenty four hours of moving in. Normal in most buildings. 3. Disallow subwoofers. 4. Do something about the dogs.

To add to this review: strata was upset over the dog owners who did not clean up after their dogs. They handled this by - I promise this is true - collecting all of the dog waste from outside, taking a picture of it and posting the picture in all common areas. That's right. There were big full colour pictures of dog poop in our lobby.
Hahahaha I remember that! So gross!
