Building staff very attentive, but some issues I experienced as an owner. -Elevators offline and long waits due to only 3 elevators total -cracks in the ceiling; common according to other owners -humidity issues due to airflow design -common area mechanical breakdowns often -manager group not efficient in communicating -lots of rentals -very cold in winter and $$$ heating costs; windows leak cold air -level of finishes is average -pet waste on the exterior grounds. -sky train noise and train noise -construction noise all the time It’s pricey living here, but it’s a pretty good place overall
