"Loft Living!"

This building has great owners. For the most part, it is well managed and the live-in caretaker is awesome. The courtyard are is second to none and the boardwalk is at your back door! There are no serious issues at current that I am aware of.

Difficult Strata
Council/Property
Management"

Awesome finishing! Spectacular Views! Difficult to get council/management to spend money to make improvements/repairs/mtc ie. spider/bug control, painting, noise -- perhaps too many investors vs owners? Has potential to be truly great building if better managed.
